  • Eligibility: Membership in SABA-NJ is open to attorneys and law students who are dedicated to the needs, concerns, and interests of the South Asian community in New Jersey, as outlined in our mission. Specific eligibility criteria may apply to different membership categories.

  • Application: All membership applications are subject to review and approval by SABA-NJ.

  • Dues: Membership may require the payment of annual dues. Dues are non-transferable and, generally, non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

  • Termination: SABA-NJ reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, professional misconduct, or actions detrimental to the organization’s mission.

2. Website Use

  • Permitted Use: You may use our website for lawful purposes related to SABA-NJ’s mission, including accessing information about our events, membership, and community initiatives.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

  • All content on the SABA-NJ website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SABA-NJ or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
