IP– Experienced Litigation Associate (3-5 years)
Lerner David seeks an associate to assist in patent litigation matters. Requirements include a technical or scientific background with a minimum of two years’ experience in litigation. Experience in patent prosecution is also a plus. The candidate must possess stellar credentials. The candidate should be admitted to practice before the USPTO.
